Von meinem Internet-Router (CISCO) habe ich dasselbe Problem! Es kommt 
kein Banner!

Traceroute aus der anderen Richtung funktioniert, ich hoffe mal, dass 
die nicht alles an ICMP-Messages einfach wegwerfen!
