main.cf auf Server 2 ist default bloß das bei relayhost = server1 
eingetragen wurde und der Hostname angepasst wurde.

Habe nun auch nochmal das Oreilly Postfix Buch herausgeholt.
Genau das gleiche Verfahren wie ich es benutzt habe :-/
