SPF ist auch wieder nur für ausgehend, und es reicht eines der 3 Werte anzugeben, sowohl a als auch mx entsprechen der IP.
Du erlaubst also 3x gleiche IP, was unnötig ist.

Aktuell habe ich diesen SPF DNS Eintrag "v=spf1 a mx ip4:188.245.190.152 ~all" und denke er ist auch sehr offen um hier endlich die Lösung zu finden.
