MX Records sind nur für den eingehenden Mailverkehr, vielleicht werden die Server auch für den E-Mail Versand verwendet.
Wenn sich die Server jeweils als mail.b-io.co melden, dann muss auch der DNS Forward/Reverse Lookup stimmen.

Manche Provider halten auch ein paar IPs frei falls man nach einer Spam-Attacke auf einer Blackliste landet.
Dann kann man SMTP einfach über eine andere IP rausschicken, da der Forward/Reverse im DNS schon passt.
