postfix-out nutzt "mynetworks = 192.168.124.36/32"

Das ist egal, weil "mynetworks = 192.168.124.36/32" explizit gesetzt

Postfix horcht nur auf 192.168.124.36

Das ist der Default, du hast aber explizit "mynetworks = 192.168.124.36/32" gesetzt.
