Frage zur Benachrichtigung bei abgelehnten Mails

Hallo,

in unserer Mailqueue finden sich eine Reihe von Nachrichten die wir 
nicht los werden.

Zum Beispiel:

Folgende Fragen dazu:

  Wer sende die Nachricht - amavis oder postfix (postfix, oder) ?

  Kann/soll/darf  man das Senden solcher Nachrichten einschränken ? In 
vielen Fällen ist es ja hilfreich, wenn die Leute informiert
  werden, wenn ihre Mails NICHT zugestellt werden konnten. In solchen 
Fällen wie oben ist das natürlich sinnfrei.

  Wie kann man das besser machen ? Zeitspanne in der Queue verkürzen .... ?
