ich habe in /etc/default/saslauthd
eine Zeile verändert
# Example for postfix users: "-c -m /var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd"
# Note: See /usr/share/doc/sasl2-bin/README.Debian
OPTIONS="-c -r" <---

in der master.cf chrooted of "no" eingestellt

und in der main.cf
smtpd_sasl_type = cyrus
auskommentiert

dann gings.
