Das fünfte Feld ist nur ein Kommentarfeld, es hat keine andere Funktion. 
Die Einrichtung so ist also in Ordnung.

Führe jetzt noch als root "passwd cyrus" aus, gib cyrus ein Passwort, und 
versuche noch einmal, dich als Cyrus einzuloggen mit "su - cyrus".
