Diese beiden Optionen gehören nicht zu Cyrus-SASL.

Das gehört zu einem Patch. Bist Du sicher, dass der nach dem Update noch
in Cyrus-SASL enthalten ist?

Das wird im Zusammenhang mit Postfix nicht verwendet.

Zeig mal die master.cf. Bes. die chroot-Geschichte vom smtpd.
