Okay, du hast also einen globalen content_filter deklariert

und hier den content_filter deaktiviert. Das ist in Ordnung.

Das dürfte nicht die entscheidende Rolle spielen. Versuche mal, wie im 
FILTER_README beschrieben:

smtp     inet  n       -       n       -       -      smtpd
         -o receive_override_options=no_address_mappings

Die Instanz auf localhost:2525 wird dann die Alias-Auflösung vornehmen.
