eines fand ich interessant:  postfix merkt sich einige optionen einer
delivery in jedem einzelnen queue-file.  das erklaert zb, warum immer
dieselbe email mit diesem log-eintrag abgewiesen wurde, obwohl der
eintrag im master.cf schon anders lautete.

leider hat sich die sache mit einem simplen queue-flush nicht geklaert.

derzeit habe ich die "offending lines" auskommentiert und filtere mit
einem .forward file.

also, das master.cf habe ich einige dutzend male buchstabe fuer
buchstabe gelesen, mit "cat -v" auf sonderzeichen gecheckt, aber da war
einfach nichts.

also hier ist die aktuelle version.  das Auskommentierte am anfang, mit
dem namen "filter", stand natuerlich ohne `#' drin:
