Mit "noplaintext" schließt Du Outlook und alle anderen, die nur LOGIN oder
PLAIN können aus. Entfernen von "noplaintext" kann Dein Problem lösen.

Wenn das nicht hilft, dann beschreibe den Fehlerfall genauer. Welcher Client?
Welcher Mechanismus? Ist es der Postfix smtpd server oder smtp client?
