Ähm... ups...!
# postconf -n message_size_limit
message_size_limit = 52428800

dann hab ich da wohl mit message_size_limit die falsche Einstellung zu 
Grunde gelegt???
Ansonsten hat doch schon wieder dieser verdammte SMTP-Proxy der Firewall 
dazwischen gequasselt...!
