Ach ja, sorry.
Der Wert in der Liste für inet_interfaces irritiert mich jetzt etwas 
aber der sollte per default auf "alle" stehen.

Wenn ich mit einem lokalen user (<> root) eine Mail ins Inetnet 
verschicke funktioniert das. Die 1und1-Anbindung als relayserver 
funktioniert also.
