Postfix is licensed under the IBM Secure Mailer license, which comes close to
the Open Source GPL license and this means: Postfix is free.

If a company sold you Postfix service, then you need to get in contact with
that company yourself. If the company charged you money and refuses to
deliver, then you might need to get in contact with a lawyer.

The German Postfix mailing list certainly is the wrong address to turn to.
