Korrigiere das besser in /etc/amavisd.conf und setze einen gültigen 
Antivirus im Bereich primary av scanner.

clamd läuft auch, oder?

Okay, du hast ein Problem mit clamd. Starte den doch mal!

Secondary Scanner command line clam scheint zu funktionieren.

Das wichtigste fehlt:
Logs von Postfix und die Konfiguration von Amavis.

Zeige mal die Ausgaben von
egrep '(fatal|error|panic|warning) /var/log/mail
und
egrep -v '^#|^$|^[ ]+#' /etc/amavisd.conf
