Das wäre "local_recipient_maps"

Sie ist nicht angegeben, dann gilt der default:

# postconf -d local_recipient_maps
local_recipient_maps = proxy:unix:passwd.byname $alias_maps

Kein "mysql:", dann dürfte Postfix auch nicht wissen, welche Empfänger 
existent sind.
