Das gibt dir an, was die maximalen Werte für Verbindungen pro
Zeiteinheit sind:

max connection rate 1/60s for (smtp:24.62.213.224)
max connection count 1 for (smtp:24.62.213.224)

also max. 1 neue connection pro 60s
und max. 1 gliechzeitige connection pro 60s.

Mt dieser Statistic kann man die Limits tunen.
Bei uns:

Mar 31 07:20:04 mail postfix/anvil[16243]: statistics: max connection rate 41/60s for (smtp:213.151.108.228) at Mar 31 07:13:39
Mar 31 07:20:04 mail postfix/anvil[16243]: statistics: max connection count 10 for (smtp:195.160.232.17) at Mar 31 07:16:41

Also 41 connections pro 60s von 213.151.108.228 und max. 10 simultane
connections von 195.160.232.17
