[Postfixbuch-users] Connection refused

Hallo liste,

bekomme unter /var/log/mail folgende Meldung, die ich nicht weiter 
analysieren kann. Kann mir jemand helfen, wo ich nachschauen muss, warum 
by relay= none steht und die anstehenden mails nicht weitergeleitet werden?

Was mir nicht klar ist, was bedeutet folgende Meldung:
