Ist nicht sonderlich hilfreich diese Fehlerbeschreibung.

Sind das Shell-Experimente? Wenn ein Prozess (make) gestartet wird, bekommt er 
eine neue Umgebung. Du müsstest CCARGS und AUXLIBS vorher exportieren.

Halte Dich bitte an den offiziellen Weg.

$ make makefiles CCARGS="..." AUXLIBS="..."

> make upgrade
