Du hast smtp_sasl_security_options nicht gesetzt, also ist es auf default:

# postconf -d smtp_sasl_security_options
smtp_sasl_security_options = noplaintext, noanonymous

Das heisst, es werden per se die Mechanismen PLAIN und LOGIN ausgeblendet 
(noplaintext). Vermute mal das sind die einzigen, die die Gegenseite 
anbietet. Leider hast Du dazu nix gesagt und man kann nur vermuten. Setz den 
Wert mal auf

smtp_sasl_security_options = noanonymous
