Mmmh,

ändere mal bitte dein .fetchmailrc folgendermaßen:

poll "serverxyz" proto pop3 user "user1" with pass "geheim" is user " 
lokaler user" here forcecr smtpaddress localhost

Dann stellt er alle deine User auf dem lokalen SMTP server zu. Also 
user1 at localhost.

Das die User mal user at linuxs usw heissen kommt daher, das postfix das 
von fetchmail mitgeteilt bekommt (smtphost linuxs).
