Ausserdem heisst das "smtpd_sender_restrictions" und nicht
"smtpd_sender_restriction"!
Des weiteren hast Du vergessen, dass ja die defaultmaessigen 
smtpd_recipient_restrictions greifen, welche Relaying verbieten -
genau das passiert bei dir.

Muss sein:

smtpd_sender_restrictions =
 
smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
   permit_sasl_authenticated
   permit_mynetworks   
   reject_unauth_destination
   check_sender_access hash:/etc/postfix/access   
   permit
