<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><FONT size=3>Im Rahmen des Biopiraterieseminars vom 25. – 27.10.02 in Hamburg hat sich eine Gruppe von acht Leuten darüber Gedanken gemacht, was für Aktionen im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema Biopiraterie man auf dem Segelschiff LOVIS machen könnte. Heraus kamen innerhalb der 45 minütigen Sitzung bereits viele gute Ideen:</FONT></P>

<LI class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt"><FONT size=3>Zusammen mit einer finnischen Gruppe, die ein wesentlich größeres Schiff haben, könnte man die Ausstellung der BUKO Agrar Koordination über das Thema Biologische Vielfalt zeigen und vielleicht Vorträge oder Planspiele dazu anbieten.</FONT></LI>

<LI class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt"><FONT size=3>Patente verletzen im Sinne des zivilen Ungehorsams: Man könnte z.B. eine patentierte Pflanze anbauen und deren Samen weiterverkaufen/verschenken. Das Beispiel des ölhaltigen Maises wäre gar nicht so schlecht.</FONT></LI>
<LI class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt"><FONT size=3>Wenn wir nach Polen schippern sollten, könnte man verstärkt europäische Probleme ansprechen: Nachbaugebühren, EU-Biopatentrichtlinie.</FONT></LI>
